The process

How a move with us runs

  1. Tell us about it

Fill in the quote form — photos or a short video get you a far more accurate number than any list of questions.

  2. Get a real number

We come back with a price and what it covers. If something about your move will make it cost more, you hear it now rather than on the day.

  3. We plan the access

Elevator windows, loading docks, parking, stairs. This is the part that decides whether moving day runs on time.

  4. Moving day

Protection down first, everything wrapped, loaded, delivered and placed where you want it. Reassembled before we leave.

Why Gladiator

Why people call us back

Moving is not complicated. It is just done badly often enough that doing it properly stands out.

  • Protection is not an upsell

Blankets, shrink wrap, floor runners and door-jamb padding come as standard. If another quote is much cheaper, ask what it leaves out.

  • We know how GTA buildings work

Service elevators, certificates of insurance, dock windows, street permits. Getting these wrong is what actually delays a move.

  • A number you can plan around

Send photos and get an estimate that reflects your actual move, including the stairs and the long carry nobody mentions on the phone.

  • Local, not a call centre

We are based in Mississauga and work across the GTA. You speak to the people doing the move.

FAQ

Questions people ask before booking

How do I get an accurate quote?

Send photos or a short video of each room, plus any staircase or oversized item. Descriptions are guesses; photos are not, and they are the difference between an estimate that holds and one that moves on the day.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to four weeks for a normal date. Month end, the first of the month, and the last weekend of June are the busiest windows in the GTA — book those further out.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?

Yes — ask as soon as your date is set. Most GTA condo corporations require one naming the corporation before they will release the service elevator.

What will you not move?

Propane and other pressurised tanks, gasoline, paint thinner, ammunition, and anything else that is a fire risk in a sealed truck. Plants and perishables travel best in your own car.

Do I need to empty my dresser drawers?

Clothing can usually stay. Books, tools and glassware come out — a loaded drawer turns a two-person lift into a four-person one and stresses the frame.
